We have a rather scary set of stairs in our house leading from the loft that is my and Wade's bedroom to the living area in our house. There is no railing there so we've trained Sophia to be extra careful, but we're still working on Nori. Eleanor woke up this morning at 5:45 am and we brought her upstairs and Sophia was not long after her. Sophia and Eleanor had a joyous little reunion and after a bit of puttering decided to head downstairs just as the sun was starting to rise through the skylight above them. As I searched for my shoes I asked Sophia to watch and see if Eleanor was descending carefully.
Sophia said to her sister:
"Oh Eleanor, you can't go down the stairs all alone with nothing but the purple sky to hold you!"
